Meditation Classes:
Our Monthly Meditation Class which meets every third Sunday of the month is designed to teach the fundamentals of meditation. Here you will learn how to relax your body, quiet your mind and open your heart using various breathing techniques, chanting and a gentle guided meditation. The Monthly Meditation Class will not only assist you with reducing stress in your life but also will assist you with developing a deeper relationship with the Divine Presence within your own heart.

The Teachings (Spiritual Tools for Tranformation):
The Teachings, also known as The Phases is the hallmark of ETHOH. In an eight week intensive meditation workshop students begin the process of discovering themselves at the deepest level of their souls. In a safe and sacred environment, students learn how to become aware of their thought patterns and belief systems while learning a complete system of Spiritual tools to empower them to transform their lives in love. There are four levels to the Phases which normally take two years to complete.

Woman’s Rite of Passage:
The Woman’s Rite of Passage is a month long transformational process that culminates in a 2 ½ day healing retreat in the heart of nature. Throughout the month women are immersed in prayer, meditation, contemplation and fasting, all of which allows for and encourages the unfoldment of their healing process. While on retreat the women integrate movement, song and shared stories into their healing process as they continue to explore the challenges that they face while transforming their lives to reflect the love, happiness and peace that they desire and truly deserve.

Stress Management through Movement and Meditation:
Movement and Meditation is designed for those who wish to explore expressing themselves through the use of their body, to release stress and to help balance and harmonize their mind, body and spirit. Integrating dance, music, song and a gently guided visualization meditation, participants will experience a fun and exciting environment that will assist them to begin the process of recreating their lives in love!

Movement and Meditation has been specifically designed to joyfully meet the needs of anyone seeking wholeness and balance in their lives while being active.

All are warmly welcome regardless of movement proficiency and are encouraged to participate in their own wellness as they partake in the fun.

Private Sessions

Each Private Session is uniquely designed to meet the needs of every individual who requests healing and integration. These one-on-one healing sessions are tremendously relaxing, as they promote clarity, increased spiritual energy and well-being, bringing peace and harmony to an individual’s life. ETHOH offers a choice of two Private Sessions: Reiki and Meditation.

Reiki:
Reiki (pronounced ray-key), a Japanese word that means “Life Force” is a very gentle and relaxing healing technique that balances and attunes the body while removing blockages from the seven main energy centers within the body known as, “chakras” (Sanskrit for wheel). Chakras are energy centers within the subtle body that are comprised of thousand of nerve endings that converge to a point, like spokes on a wheel, to form a vortex or portal that allows or disallows energy to flow throughout the body. When the chakras are “clear” energy flows effortlessly and freely, allowing for optimum health and vitality in your life. When the chakras are “clogged” energy cannot flow so easily, often causing pain, discomfort and disease. Reiki does not claim to cure diseases, only to assist in the healing process by releasing the blockages caused by stress and held energy in the form of emotions. Once the body is free of the blockages it can then begin the process of healing itself. The result is greater vitality, harmony, peace and joy in an individual’s life!

What to expect:
During a Reiki session a person will lay on a table, fully clothed while the practitioner places his/her hands over the body, focusing Life Force energy into the energy centers of the individual. The session lasts for about forty-five minutes and is a great way to center, balance, ground and attune all facets of the bodies. The result is a better balanced individual who is ready to face life in Love & Light!

Meditation Consultation:
In a private meditation session individualized attention is placed on all aspects of the individual’s meditation technique and healing process. Gentle instruction and guidance are offered that will enhance and maximize the benefits of the individuals continued unfoldment and healing process.
